When is the shop open?
We are open Tuesday-Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. Holidays could have extended hours or added days.

What kind of chocolate do you use?
We use Belgian Couverture Chocolate. Our milk chocolate is creamy, smooth, and refreshing with a soft caramelized finish. Our dark chocolate is smooth and balanced with a strong cocoa flavor. Our white chocolate is smooth, creamy, with soft vanilla notes and a silky finish.

What is your best seller?
Our Movie Theater Bark and Turtle are BIG hits, but our number 1 Hot Chocolate Bomb is Salted Caramel.

What if I have allergies to certain products?
Elizabeth's Chocolates uses peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, milk, sulfites, wheat flour, certain food colors, etc., along with other ingredients in manufacturing. We cannot guarantee that any product produced or offered for sale has not come into contact with a particular ingredient or allergen of any form. We cannot take responsibility for any reaction that the environment at the shop or our products may cause. Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to protect their own health and welfare.  
What is chocolate bloom?
Blooming (white streaks or spots in chocolate) is caused by temperature extremes. If the chocolate is poured at the wrong temperature it will bloom. If the chocolate is poured at the correct temperature, but is later exposed to heat, then allowed to cool, it will also bloom. It is absolutely still good to eat.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved on a case by case basis. For a refund to be considered, you must contact us within two business days of receiving your shipment.
